Do you want to fight…
Or do you want to win?

Aggressive. Powerful.
The Strength to win.

They all sound impressive on television. But no one ever won a lawsuit by being the loudest person in the room. And no law firm can win your case simply by intimidating the other side. It doesn’t work like that.

You don’t win lawsuits with aggression. You win them with an aggressive legal strategy built on knowing which laws apply to your individual case and how to skillfully apply those laws to your benefit. Everything else is just noise.

If you’ve been hurt by someone else’s negligence or intentional actions, or if you’ve been devastated by the injuries or death of a loved one, the law is on your side. We’re on your side too. But first, you have to decide which approach you’ll take.

Who you hire to represent you in a lawsuit is a big decision, so we don’t expect you to make it on our word alone. Here’s what clients have to say about working with Pavlack Law.

5 star review  Recently, I found myself in need of an attorney to assist me in a major legal transaction and fortunately, called upon the law firm of Pavlack LLC. I had seen several very positive reviews of Eric Pavlack and his firm as well as heard very impressive comments about his performance as an attorney, so I decided to seek him out as the possible attorney I needed. He measured up to the highest degree in all areas: competence, record of court case wins, integrity, as well as personal demeanor and skill at communication. I could not be happier with or more impressed with him as my attorney. I can wholeheartedly and unhesitatingly recommend with confidence Eric and his firm to anyone needing legal assistance knowing that you will have an equally satisfactory and positive experience as I.

He was quick to respond to questions and made himself available. I always felt he genuinely cared about us, and he showed compassion and empathy in a difficult situation. I appreciated that Eric took the time to get to know me and my family . We were not treated as just another case. I highly recommend his services.

Our Practice Areas

Personal Injury

If you or your family have recently been injured because of the negligent, reckless, or willfully dangerous behavior of others, you may be entitled to recover monetary damages for your physical and emotional injuries. You are absolutely entitled to respect, compassion, and expert legal representation. We practice all three.

Wrongful Death

We’ve not been in your shoes, so we won’t pretend to know what you’re going through. What we do know, and very well, is how to investigate, collect evidence, build a factual case, and apply Indiana’s complex wrongful death statutes to hold the other party responsible. We don’t just stand up for your rights—we stand with you every step of the way.

Class Action

Large corporations bank on you feeling powerless against them. But if you’re not the only person affected by their wrongful acts or widespread abuse, you may have more power than you think. Our results prove time and again that there is power in numbers—power that is multiplied by a well-calculated legal strategy.

Business Disputes

There’s no such thing as business as usual when a contract is breached or business partners clash. Filing a legal case against a vendor, shareholder, or partner is usually an act of last resort. If you’ve reached an impasse, we can help with the next phase so you can get back to business.

We’ve won over $100M for our clients. But the results that matter most are the ones we get for you.

You probably have a lot of questions. That’s okay. We have answers.

Choosing a law firm should never be as simple as who calls you first or who is willing to take your case. Choosing the right attorney is the first thing you can do to take back control of your life. Ask questions before you sign on the dotted line.
Do I have a case?
That’s the question we hear most. If we think you do, we’ll tell you. But don’t stop there. Ask us about the strength of your case and what we think you’re up against.
If you’ve been told by another attorney that yours is a legally complicated case, you may have already been referred to us. We should talk right away. If you’ve been told that you don’t have a case, that may also be true, but we can give you a second opinion.
What is my case worth?
Most attorneys hope you’ll ask this question next because it turns your attention toward a dollar figure instead of toward choosing the right attorney for your specific case.
We disagree with this practice because it’s too soon to tell without more information, and it’s unfair to everyone to set false expectations. We also believe that your suffering is not a mathematical equation to be calculated while you sit on hold.

Whether your case is worth $200K or $2M only matters if the firm you hire wins. Otherwise, the answer is always “nothing”.

We believe this so strongly that we provide our services on a contingency basis, meaning we charge you nothing until we win your case.
How do I know if my case is legally complicated?
More people should ask this question. While no two cases are the same, there are certain situations or defendants that can complicate your case. Here are six that we frequently see.
  • Claims that result in the death of one or more people.
  • Claims with serious and/or permanent injuries.
  • Claims against multiple negligent parties.
  • Claims that involve a state agency or large corporation.
  • Claims that take place on private property.
  • Injuries or death that occur while incarcerated.
  • Wrongdoing that affects many people.
What if my case is legally complicated?
Then you’ve already made a smart decision by looking us up. Most law firms avoid legally complicated cases, but we’re not like most law firms. We specialize in winning legally complicated personal injury and class action lawsuits. So take a deep breath and call us so we can start to build a sound legal strategy.
Do you have experience with my kind of case?
Good question! Visit our areas of law page to find out. And keep this in mind. The law is the same no matter which firm you hire. It’s your attorney’s proven ability to effectively interpret and apply the law to your unique case that will determine the outcome. We’ve got that in spades.
